Started in 1981, the Shalom House Auxiliary is a group of individuals who are dedicated to supporting Shalom House through time, talent, funds, and prayers.  Each auxiliary member serves as a liaison to his or her church or faith-based organization and helps encourage those within these groups to get involved in life-changing, risk-taking mission at Shalom House.

Meetings

The Shalom House Auxiliary welcomes anyone who feels this is a place where they can serve.  Auxiliary meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month (September - June) at 10:00 a.m. at Shalom House.

Doors open at 10:45 a.m.  Food served at 11:30 a.m.

The Fall Fling is a fundraising luncheon complete with a wonderful meal and entertaining historical portrayal by actress Barbara Kay who will be portraying Dolley Madison this year. 

The Auxiliary will also have pecans on sale at the event.

Dish Cloths and Lotion Bars

Available year-round.

To raise additional funds, the Auxiliary also sells quality dish cloths for $1/each and scented and unscented lotion bars for $10/each.
